We would be most grateful to you in assisting us in securing and creating our dream retirement home. Your efforts so far have exceeded our expectations. Rest assured that you would be dealing with a couple that is fair, upfront and whose integrity is of utmost importance in all of our relationships.   

We had a look at the views of both Portofino and Grenada - both are wonderful.  Portofino with the golf course/lakes and Grenada with the lakes/fountain/garden.  We would be interested in either.  However, we are leaning towards the latter view as it provides for a more tranquil and peaceful atmosphere.   We've taken a look at the Portofino Point unit that you have texted to us and would also like to look at the others you mentioned. The view is most important to us.  We look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership where we can continue to showcase and promote your talent to the Wynmoor community while enjoying our piece of paradise as we approach our golden years.  

At this juncture, we like the idea of pursuing the unit at Grenada that you are yet to start.  Would you be able to send us some specific pics of the view from this unit.   You also mentioned other units available, we await any details on these to make an informed decision and to plan forward.
